Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone.

This Christmas has been pretty hectic. Shopping was ridiculous. This past Sunday I went to Valley Fair with my brother to do some last minute shopping and we ended up not even getting in. Parking was absurd. We drove around for about an hour looking for parking and we ended not getting a spot so we decided to just call it a day.

As far as the actual Christmas goes...it was splendid. On the 23rd our friends did our annual Christmas party. Thuy tricked us by saying she got engaged and shortly after she revealed that she lied while taking our group picture to see our "wtf face?" not to sure. I was happy for her for that 20-30 minutes though. For secret santa, I got Billy. I got him a electronic shaver. I was happy with his reaction upon opening my awesome gift lol. Anyways, the party was cool. I got to see some old faces. It was nice to see Jinjer again. We didn't catch up as much as i would have liked it but its ok. In time we will. We always pick up where we left off so its all gravy.

Christmas Eve rolls along and I spend time with my dads side of the family. I got to see my cousin Michelle, whom I haven't seen in like 2 years maybe? Shes studying some quantum physics or something at the University of Washington. It was good to see her. I caught up with everyone and it was really nice. I'll post pics later

Today, I spent time with my moms side. I see them every Saturday so its not that big a deal. However, I do take them for granted sometimes. Overall, this wasn't the greatest Christmas I had. I didn't really have that Christmas spirit. Anyways blah blah blah. I'm too lazy to blog again. I don't know why I bother writing in this thing.

Oh well. Merry Christmas everyone. I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday.

Btw, this is a great workout song. DJ Khaled is ridiculous but this song pumps me up. When you think you can't run that extra 100 meters or do an extra rep just pop this baby in your ipod and "go hard"

I would much rather be tearing it up in NBA 2k9 or rock band than studying for finals right now -____-

One more to go...and I'm free.

I felt like taking away from my "studying" to blog.

I finally saw Iron man today and man, is that Tony Stark guy a stud. If only I can be like him one day...

The other day I came to the realization to never rule things out, to keep an open mind, anything can happen etc etc. For example, Joomee getting an A in anthropology and not having to take the final. Amazing right? Its a Christmas miracle lol. jk joomee. As much as I make fun of her, she's still very important to me.

So I was studying at Hyman hall the other day with my friend and she went to the bookstore to get some food so I asked her to get me some gum. She comes back to study and hands me a mountin dew

Me: uhhh this isn't gum?
Her: Yeah, they didn't have any so I got you the closest thing

-___- wtf right? lol

ok im too lazy to finish plus I have nothing interesting to write about. Its either that or I just drag on on non insightful words and useless info that no one cares about. I tend to never finish blogs but oh well. Good luck to everyone on their finals and screw all you who are already done. jk.

Finals week -____-

Its like the last lap of a seemingly endless race. Its been quite the busy semester. One more semester and I'm off to real college!

Hmm lets recap.

Wednesday: I went to the Warriors game with Julia. They were hosting The Milwaukee Bucks. Julia picked me up late and we ended up getting there at the beginning of the 2nd quarter. I wasn't mad. Nor should I have been seeing as the tickets were free. We were sitting around some annoying Vietnamese people who were playing some stupid game were they, in essence, claim players and whoever picks the best performing player wins. Sort of like fantasy basketball? It was stupid though cause they kept changing their players.

Viet guy 1: I got Beindris
Viet guy 2: I got Belinelli
Viet guy 1: No I got Belinelli

Imagine this with a very thick vietnamese accent for 3 quarters and alternating practically every Warrior player. I dunno how well I'm explaining this but oh well. Everyone around us were pretty annoyed with them. Overall, it was a fun experience. We got to catch up on a bunch of things and hopefully we hang out soon.

So yesterday I had no car so Joomee picked me up for school. I don't have class till 11:45. Unfortunately for me she has class at 8. So she picks me up at 7:30 and I just end up studying in the Hyman Hall till class. And by studying I mean updating my fantasy basketball teams for an unnecessary 2-3 hours. blah blah, I'm too lazy to finish. I'm gonna go watch house and then go christmas shopping w/ joomee and deja? To be continued later...

So i just got back home from the Warriors game. It was the first game I went to this year and what a disappointment. Me and Derek ended up sitting next to Mark who I haven't seen in a while. What a small world or in this case small stadium? I even ran into my cousin and his girlfriend. He didn't seemed bothered by there loss but its ok. At halftime I went to go meet up w/ Julia whom I haven't seen in quite some time. It took me a while to find her seats seeing as I had nosebleed seats lol. Anyways back to the game...yeah, they scored a whole bunch of points and showed some glimpse of what the future holds but I can only take so many moral victories. They had the game in the bag. It was a long walk back to the BART station...

Don't concede the year yet Warriors!

On a brighter note, its December 1st and Christmas is right around the corner.
