I was hella bored in my intercultural class so i was browsing through the app store and I came across this application called the gratitude journal. In this application, you're suppose to write down 5 things you're grateful for each day. They recommend doing this for at least a month and it will supposedly change your life forever. I didn't want to pay for the app so I decided to just do it here. I think that it was a great idea for an application. Writing down what you're grateful for throughout the day really keeps your life in perspective.
- Me, Ronnie, Joomee, and Robbie planned a snowboarding trip
- Lunch with Joomee
- Home cooked meal with the family
- Night class got let out early
- Good intense workout at the gym
