Another case of the mondays

**This blog is strangely similar to Billy's in regards of content/topic. I wrote this before reading his. Great minds think alike.

Today was ridiculously...ridiculous.

I set my alarm for 7:03 am to give me time to eat breakfast and take a shower before heading off to study with Heedrin. I press the snooze button a couple times.

7:03 turns into 7:13.

7:13 turns into 7:23.

7:23 turns into 7:33

I take a quick shower, have a big bowl of nothing and proceed to campus. About 3 minutes into my bike ride I hear my wheels scraping which only means one thing - my tube popped. I walk my bike back to the apartment then drive to campus. Its about 8:30 now. I had a midterm to study for and Heedrin and I were just going to do a little review session. Based off of our last 2 study sessions we were confident in our knowledge of the material. I take my midterm at 12:10. At about 1:10-ish I come out thinking "holy crap, the material I studied for wasn't on the exam". 2:10 comes and I have my next class. I was so infuriated by the last exam I neglected to take notes for this class. Stupid reason, I know. Anyways, class gets out at about 3:40. I proceed to my car with Heedrin and see a golden envelope on my windshield. Golden envelopes = parking tickets. At first, I figure it was Darwin just messing with me. Unfortunately, it was not. In the midst of rushing to campus to study for what apparently was irrelevant material, I had forgotten that my permit wasn't allowed at that parking structure till 4:00. I look over the ticket and it read, "ticket received at 3:35" 5 minutes after i get out of class!?! Damn it. There goes another 40 dollars. You would think my anger and frustration would lead to an intense endorphin releasing workout but I was too drained to do anything. I was one of those noobs who walk into the gym and leaves 10 minutes later.

I go home and take a nap. After a rough day, it was nice to just watch the office and hang out. Thank you Michael Scott for salvaging my day.
