"Billy, take out my knife"

I've went up on mission peak a bunch of times. But perhaps this was the last time I'll go with Matt. On monday, he leaves for training 3 months to Georgia and then onto Washington to start his career.

The night started off with me playing some basketball at Memorial. It was the first time I've been at that gym since I graduated. It was good to actually be active. I haven't done any physical activity all break. I could literally feel my arteries closing.

Matt picked me up and we proceeded onto mission peak. On the way there, Matt was talking about how he's bittersweet on leaving and how we're not ready for him to leave. "I have so much left to teach you." What a character he is...

We began hiking. It was cold, dark, and windy but we pushed forward and willed our way to the top. We shared stories and reminisced along the way. It was a good night

I'm too lazy to go in depth but heres some pictures. At least I didn't take 6 months to blog about it right Billy? The view was amazing.
