fall seven times, get up eight

I can finally cross off "visit snow" off my bucket list. I can't believe I waited 21 years, 8 months, and 28 days to see snow.

I had the most awesome time snowboarding. Granted, I can't get off the lift for the life of me and I fell close to 50 times in about a 5 hour span but I had an amazing experience. At first, I was thinking to myself, "uhhh what is all the hype about?" but once I was able to ride down the slopes for more than 10 seconds I reached a snowboarders high, if you will. My new roommate is from tahoe so maybe she can take me whenever she goes back home. Or people who go, can pick me up on the way =)

Thank you to my cousin Kristen and her boyfriend Peter for taking me. I am finally de-virginized from the snow!
