My last spring quarter begins in about 7 hours. I'm looking forward to what this quarter has to bring.

My spring break was pretty low key. I didn't really do much. I wanted to go to Vegas with my friends but lacked the funds. But after seeing my grades for this quarter, I really didn't deserve to have much fun at all. I seriously need to finish strong. I might have to stay for summer and maybe even another quarter after doing so poorly. I mean, I'll still walk but thats just more of my money and my parents money that I'll be spending. I just feel so guilty. They work ridiculously hard and its not right for me to not work just as hard, if not harder than they do. This quarter, I promise to match their work ethic. I owe it to them and myself. Enough of that mini rant.

Things I did over break:

-Had my eye appointment. In the waiting room, I saw Josh. I randomly run into him drunk in Davis so we usually dont talk much but this setting was much less alcohol-y and more quiet so we caught up and reminisced over our cotillion practicing days. He was there for an eye appointment too. I dread anything that has to do with my eyes and after what seemed like forever, they concluded that I need glasses. GOD DAMN IT!!!

- Played ball at NMHS with Lam and my brother. These dudes tried to punk us and get us to leave cause we were running everyone. It kinda sucks because it was obvious we weren't wanted there. We would have left if they were to ask nicely but they thought that because they were older, they could just intimidate us. We left triumphant! I love playing at that new gym. It brings back great memories of high school

- Sushi w/ JooMee, Ammo, Kim, Chernov, and Danny at Satomi in Fremont. The place was a lot different than the time I went there 2 years ago. It was super packed due to 99 cent sake night. Jenny and her cool hipster friends were all there too. Too bad we were seated across the room. But Chernov and Danny knew this guy Robert who came over and said whats up to us and he introduced himself to me for like the 5th time. I've met him plenty of times at parties and have come to realize that he either is super wasted every time he meets me or he just has terrible memory because I have had so many conversations with that guy lol

anyways our convo goes like this:

him - hi, im rob
me - hi, im andrew
him - oh, you're the guy jenny wanted to talk to
me - uhh i guess so?
him - yeah, she asked me if the newark kids left (we were waiting to get seated when she saw us) and I said no, they're just across the room. she was like "oh i wanted to talk to andrew"

then everyone at the table looks at me and smiles. err more so just ammo and joomee. It was nice to hear but there is nothing between us anymore. we are just friends and have been for quite some time. HEAR THAT JINJER?! lol

After sushi, we headed over to Dave and Busters. I've only been there like twice. It was filled with hella vietnamese people and a lot of Davis people.

- SingleBarrel with Nicole Pietkiwicz! (strangest but coolest last name). She was a really good friend of mine back at JC. We kinda had a thing but it was really small. Ever since, we hang out...about once a year and we were overdue for ours. She, along with a lot of others were raving about this place so we decided to go. We were in line for about an hour but it was totally worth it. The employees are dressed in like a 1920's prohibition style/speakeasy themed. Its not your ordinary hennessey, amf, jager bomb type of bar. Drinks are chosen for you based on your likes and they somehow match it with this unique drink that encompasses everything you ask for. Its a great place to just catch up or even a first date. I had a great time hanging out w/ her and I'll see her in another year!

-Jersey Shore season finale with Jinjer; she came over Thursday night after work. I wasn't really in the mood to do anything and whenever we chill we just watch tv and catch up at my place. We usually do that, or visit Billy at work, wait for him to close, have him go to wingstop or in and out, then back to his place. We have a whole system. It works for us. This time, Billy was super sick so I didn't see him at all this break. Get well, my friend.

- Panera with JooMee; we have a system too. We usually eat somewhere in the automall area and then visit Brian at REI. Brian and I always do the whole "dude you never hit me up thing" and then Brian hits us up after, and we chill. I was glad she didnt go to Vegas cause I saw her like every other day and break would be extremely shittier if she wasn't here.

Man this is getting too long and it is getting late. I'll just end it here. I look back, this post is kinda garbage but whatevs. I need to stop blogging just to blog. At least I hit enter after each event to make it less of a strain!

It was nice to be home but its also nice to be back! I'll blog more for you soon DEEBRO!
